2020 Goals

Rather than doing resolutions I try to do goals for each year. Sounds like the same thing but I suppose I see goals a bit more flexible so something to work towards. Won’t necessary fully achieve them but doesn’t mean that I have done something. Less black and white or at least that is how I see it.

Set myself 5 goals for 2020 and one of those is writing 5 blogs a month. Ideally one each week but sometimes don’t find that achievable so it could be the case that I have a busy blog writing weekend which means they all come out in a clump.

I am sure that might have some months where they all come out towards the end of the month so that I keep up with my goal. Not ideal but sometimes it might work out like that and I am not going to beat myself up about that.

Also it is a goal and not set in stone so yes it is achievable but also if I ended up blogging less for some months that is also okay. I am hoping it is going to help with my consistency with it.

Need to get back out there taking photos for my blogs as well! Plenty to work on so hoping can keep it up and who knows maybe even blog more than 5 times a month.

  1. Good luck with your plans. We each need to find the routines that work best for us. As you know I publish a new blog post every 48 hours but I write mostly in three sessions each week that aren’t even spaced, or all equally long. Overall it evens out to make the 48 hour schedule sustainable. If you’re aiming for five a month, that’s just over one a week, so perhaps is there a day or couple of specific days each week where you can set time aside?

  2. Hey Rob. The last time I made a resolution was when I resolved not to make any more. It’s the only k e I’ve ever kept,
    Goals is a great idea
