Walk Around Rome

When we arrived in Rome, after checking in to the hotel and getting some lunch in a local cafe we decided to use the afternoon going for walk around some of the attractions. We managed to see quite a lot and enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere.

The weather was amazing so was great to be able to be walking around in shorts and t-shirt after a morning of traveling. First of many ice creams were had at the Trevi Fountain, not a bad setting for it!

First stop of the afternoon was the Spanish steps.

Loved the name of this tea shop.

Got slightly conned to buy these flowers and the guy selling the flowers took a picture for us as well, not the best photo but still nice to have.

This bike was outside the ice cream shop we sent to at the Trevi Fountain, Kat’s perfect bike really.

We did the throwing a coin in over our shoulders so we will be back.

After the Trevi fountain we made our way along to the Pantheon.

Last stop was the Piazza Navona before we got some dinner and called it a day.

Ride on the subway back to the hotel after a great start to our few days in Rome.
