For the past good month or so I have been working my way through all the Feel Better Live More podcasts by Dr Chatterjee and really enjoying them.
I have learnt something new from everyone that I have listened to and made small changes to how I live my life pretty much from everyone as well.
My wish list on Amazon for books that I would like to read has grown a fair amount as well since a lot of his guests have also written books so after listening to them chat for about an hour I want to go on and read their books. The ones that I have read so far have all been great as have the two books that Dr Chatterjee has written.
He talks about four pillars of health; eat, movement, sleep and rest. On his podcast he had a wide variation of guests to talk about health.
Through out this month I plan to do some blogs talking about how the podcasts have influenced me and changes that I have made in my life so far. Just wanted to do an initial blog talking about the podcast itself and that I would highly recommend it.
