It is very easy to slip into activity / in- activity that takes you into headspaces that aren’t helpful or positive.
I am defo better and knowing what I should be doing and what helps and doesn’t help, just need to put that into action.
Sometimes it is about not doing what you want to do as you know in the long run it won’t help. Like watching lots of tv, yeah it feels great to sit and do nothing but there is a limit and then past that just start to feel like doing nothing.
However sometimes it isn’t about this never happening but knowing how to turn it around again so not going backwards.
So today when got home from work went for a 5km cycle as my commute to work has changed and have got my kayak ready on the car for my half day tomorrow.
